my parents flew from malaysia for my graduation, and yesterday they visited the lab in which i had spent my post graduate life. the most amusing thing of that tour was that a labmate of mine thought that my dad was a visiting Japanese scientist, and she was severely confused as to why he would be visiting the lab on a Saturday afternoon.
